Mini Monster Dirt Pies

These Monster Dirt Pies are adorably spooky.

Monster Dirt Pie Worms candy eyes

This rich chocolate pudding balances nicely with the tart gummy worms.

The chocolate pudding base can be used in a variety of desserts. However, if you are in a time crunch, feel free to use a Instant Chocolate Pudding in it’s place.

These Mini Monster Pies are perfect for a Halloween Movie Night.

I like to pair these Mini Monster Dirt Pies with a themed dinner and Halloween movie. Towards the end of September, we try to do at least one Halloween theme movie night a week. It is a fun family tradition that we have done the last few years and I plan to continue it as our kids grow up.

Additionally, if you are looking for more ways to include your kids in the kitchen, this is a great recipe.

Kids will love placing their own candy eyeballs and worms into the pudding. It is a great way to let them be involved in prepping this dessert.
