Chicken Salad in Puff Pastry Cups

Ingredients
  

  • Puff Pastry 2 count box
  • 2 c Shredded Chicken
  • c Slivered Almonds
  • ½ c Mayo
  • 1 Green Onion Diced
  • ½ c Dried Cranberries
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method
 

Puff Pastry Cups
  1. Cut pastry into 12 squares.
  2. Pierce tiny holes using a fork.
  3. Spray muffin tin and press a square into each well of the pan.
  4. Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Remove from oven and using a spoon, press down in center to form a well.
Chicken Salad
  1. Combine all chicken salad ingredients.
  2. Place a scoop of chicken salad into each puff pastry cup. Serve!
