Using a bread knife, carefully horizontally cut croissants into two pieces.
Preheat a skillet on the stove and warm both sides of the croissant pieces.
Continue heating until all pieces are lightly toasted.
Place all croissant bottoms on a microwave safe plate.
Top each croissant bottom with 3 pieces of turkey, 3 pieces of ham, and 2 slices of Swiss.
Heat the loaded croissant bottoms in the microwave for 30 seconds or just until cheese has started to soften and melt.
On the croissant tops, spread 1 Tbsp of raspberry jam on each. Gently sprinkle 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar on top of jam.
Place the Croissant tops on the bottoms and serve.
