Chicken Salad in Puff Pastry Cups

Puff Pastry

Shredded Chicken

Slivered Almonds

Mayo

Green Onion
Diced

Dried Cranberries

Dried Dill
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Puff Pastry Cups
Cut pastry into 12 squares.
Pierce tiny holes using a fork.
Spray muffin tin and press a square into each well of the pan.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and using a spoon, press down in center to form a well.
Chicken Salad
Combine all chicken salad ingredients.
Place a scoop of chicken salad into each puff pastry cup. Serve!
