Cream Cheese Frosting

My favorite cream cheese frosting is so versatile. It can be used on all the cupcake flavors: vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, carrot cake, & tons more.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Unsalted, 1 Stick, Softened
  • 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract this is optional, but I do recommend

Method
 

  1. Using a mixer, cream together cream cheese and butter. About 2 minutes or until well combined.
  2. Add in powdered sugar one cup at a time.
  3. Add in your extracts.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
