Cream Cheese Frosting
My favorite cream cheese frosting is so versatile. It can be used on all the cupcake flavors: vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, carrot cake, & tons more.
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/2 Cup Butter Unsalted, 1 Stick, Softened
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Almond Extract this is optional, but I do recommend
Using a mixer, cream together cream cheese and butter. About 2 minutes or until well combined.
Add in powdered sugar one cup at a time.
Add in your extracts.
Store in refrigerator.
