Southern Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 5 Eggs hard boiled (I use the Instant Pot for this)
- ¼ C Yellow Onion finely diced
- ¼ C Mayo
- 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Mash the eggs. Add in all ingredients and mix well.
