Mini Caramel Apple Pies

Easy and Fast Mini Caramel Apple Pies.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Gala Apples Peeled & Cubed
  • ΒΌ C Water
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 9 tbsp Caramel Ice Cream Topping
  • 3 Mini Graham Cracker Crusts
  • Whipped Topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine Apples, Water, and Butter in medium saucepan.
  • On Medium heat, let the apples simmer till soft, stirring occasionally. This was about 15 minutes for me.
  • Add the cinnamon to saucepan, stirring to coat the apples.
  • Add 1 tbsp of caramel to each of the pie shells. This should be enough to mostly coat the bottom.
  • Add apples to pie shells on top of the caramel.
  • Drizzle approximately 2 tbsp of caramel on each pie, or if this is too much for your liking you can decrease this amount.
  • This last step is completely optional, but it sure is tasty! Add a dollop of whipped topping to each pie.
  • Store any leftovers in fridge.
